We can support mergers and acquisitions with benefit audits, benefit design and streamlining of benefits and advising, including translations into English and English summaries, as most information is still only in the Finnish Language. Benefit Advisors focus on start-up multinational companies setting up operations in Finland with consulting on statutory obligations, voluntary benefits, social security issues and implementing insurance and other EB-benefits. We also assist with registration of the company in Finland, in case needed.
